Can you ship my order?

• Yes, I can do that.  When placing your order make sure to select shipping as your method.  I ship all orders for a flat $5.00 charge.

How long will my order take to receive?

• Orders are fulfilled around my school and sports schedules.  Production usually takes 3 days, but it can be up to 5 days.  When your order is complete, I will reach out via text/email on your order form to set up delivery.  

How is the sizing on your banded bracelets?

• Youth Bracelet is approximately 6" in overall length.

• Small Bracelet is approximately 7"" in overall length.

• Medium Bracelet is approximately 7.5" in overall length.

• Large Bracelet is approximately 8" in overall length. 

• For wrists any smaller you need to make a special request for that sizing, so I have the correct size for your order.

What is the difference between a multi color and a custom design item?

• If you choose the multi color option I will take the colors that you choose and run them in a repeating pattern (for example, red, white, blue, red, white, blue, and so on).  

• A custom design is more about the pattern of the bands and can be anything you want it to be - just tell me how you want it laid out.  Using the image on the order product page as an example, this customer wanted a normal three color rotating pattern, but added black as a fourth color and only wanted the black at the beginning and end of the bracelet.

Are your bands latex-free?

• We make every effort to source latex-free bands. Should you have an allergic reaction please stop wearing the band immediately and reach out to me to initiate the order return process. Contact me here.
